Our sugar cookies and sweets are packed with the most delicate care, to make sure they arrive safe at your home. However, it is always good to order a few more cookies than you actually need just to make sure.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping companies.
Due we are working with food items, returns will not be accepted.
We are not responsible if the carrier for example USPS fails to deliver on time or does not deliver the package due to wrong addresses, etc.. . If they do, please file a complaint with the carrier. We are not the ones responsible for any inconveniences regarding that and we unfortunately can not offer refunds in those cases.

Standard Shipping method by USPS.
We will most likely be ready to ship your order between 3 to 5 business days. Unless the shop listing says otherwise. We prefer to ship on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, so your package doesn't waste time over the weekend by laying at the post office. Your package normally arrives 4 to 5 days later, but due to weather conditions/post office problems, it can always take longer than that.
If your order needs to be their in time for a special event or occasion, please contact us so we can discuss other shipping methods, so we can ensure you when your package will arrive.
